Returns & Refunds – Phuong The Art Of Beauty
At Phuong The Art Of Beauty, every painting and fine art print is created or selected with great care. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
1) Items covered
This policy applies to:
Original oil paintings by Nam Hoang
Fine art print editions of the artist’s works (print-on-demand)
This policy currently applies to orders shipped to customers in the United States.
A) Original Oil Paintings (One-of-a-Kind)
2) Return window
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns except where required by law.
3) Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must:
Be in new, unused condition
Include all original packaging and any certificates of authenticity (if provided)
Be securely packed to avoid damage in transit back to us
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the artwork is returned damaged due to improper repacking.
4) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your original painting arrives damaged in transit, has a quality defect, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:
Your full name
Order number
Title of the artwork
Clear photos of the issue (and photos of the outer shipping box/packaging if damaged)
Once approved, we will offer either:
A replacement (where available), or
A full refund to your original payment method
For damaged/incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, or we may waive the need to return the item.
5) Change-of-mind returns (Original Paintings)
We understand that art is personal. If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the original painting within the 14-day return window, provided the artwork is in perfect, resellable condition.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund for the artwork price.
If shipping was charged, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
B) Returns & Refunds – Fine Art Prints (Print-on-Demand by Prodigi)
Our fine art prints are produced and shipped on demand by our trusted print partner (Prodigi). Because each print is custom-made for your order, returns are handled differently from original paintings.
6) Damaged or defective prints
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a clear production defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
What we need from you:
Order number
Clear photos of the damage/defect
A photo of the outer packaging (if damaged)
Once approved, we will provide a free replacement print, shipped to you at no extra cost.
In most cases, you do not need to send the damaged print back. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label so you do not pay any return shipping costs.
7) Lost shipments
If tracking shows that a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us. After we confirm the loss with our print partner, we will send a free replacement print.
8) No returns for change of mind / wrong size / incorrect shipping address
Because each print is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in these cases:
You change your mind after receiving the print
You ordered the wrong size, format, or image
You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the order could not be delivered
Please check your order details carefully before placing your order.
9) How to request help
To request help, please email namkimhoang82@gmail.com with:
Subject line: “Order issue – [Order number]”
Include:
Your full name
Order number
Product name (title of the artwork/print)
A short description of the problem
Photos (if applicable)
10) Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected (when a return is required), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
